What does it cost to host?
Pro Organizer is a flat yearly subscription that unlocks unlimited tournaments — visual builder, public pages, live scoring, player ratings, all of it. No per-event fees, no per-player fees, no caps on entrants or matches, and no hidden charges. Players use the app to view and score for free. Optional add-on scorer logins are available for big events that staff multiple parallel courts.
Can I import my existing roster?
Yes. Players sign up on the app with their mobile number and password. You add them to teams from inside the builder by name, mobile number, or player code — no CSV gymnastics required.
What formats do you support?
Single elimination, double elimination, round robin, Swiss, group → playoff, and MLP team format. You can mix them in a single multi-stage event — pool play into a double-elim bracket, for example.
Do players need an app?
Only for live scoring on the court. Spectators don’t need anything — the public tournament URL works in any browser, on any device.
Can I score by hand and enter results later?
Yes. Every match supports manual score entry from the web, so you can run paper-and-pen on the day and update the bracket whenever you’re ready.
What happens if I’m running 8 courts at once?
Each match has its own scorer slot. Organizers get one additional scorer login by default — for bigger events with multiple parallel courts, contact us and we’ll set up the extra scorer accounts you need.
