How an Americano runsRunning a league, not a one-off event?
One platform runs the whole league, from registration to the final score: sign-ups, the player auction if you hold one, fixtures, match day, scoring and the public table. A league is set up the same way as a tournament and runs on the same plan. What changes is the format.
Weekly ladder league
Players enter on their own. Each week they play in groups at their level, with a new partner every game, and move up or down.
Team league
Franchise, club or corporate teams. Ties made of several matches, lineups set by each captain, a league table and playoffs. A player auction can come first.

What does it cost to host?
Pro Organizer is a flat yearly subscription that unlocks unlimited tournaments — visual builder, public pages, live scoring, player ratings, all of it. No per-event fees, no per-player fees, no caps on entrants or matches, and no hidden charges. Players use the app to view and score for free. Optional add-on scorer logins are available for big events that staff multiple parallel courts.
Can I import my existing roster?
Yes. Players sign up on the app with their mobile number and password. You add them to teams from inside the builder by name, mobile number, or player code — no CSV gymnastics required.
What formats do you support?
Single elimination, double elimination, round robin, Swiss and group → playoff for tournaments. For leagues: weekly ladder leagues, team leagues played as ties (MLP-style or your own tie format), and Americano and Mexicano sessions with rotating partners. You can mix the bracket formats in a single multi-stage event — pool play into a double-elim bracket, for example — and run a ladder league as its own category with weekly groups, promotion and relegation.
Can I run a league, not just a one-off tournament?
Yes. A league is set up the same way as a tournament, on the same plan. You can run a weekly ladder league, a team league with ties, lineups, a league table and playoffs, or an Americano or Mexicano session with rotating partners. The league page describes each format and what the organizer and the players see.
Do players need an app?
Only for live scoring on the court. Spectators don’t need anything — the public tournament URL works in any browser, on any device.
Can I score by hand and enter results later?
Yes. Every match supports manual score entry from the web, so you can run paper-and-pen on the day and update the bracket whenever you’re ready.
What happens if I’m running 8 courts at once?
Each match has its own scorer slot. Organizers get one additional scorer login by default — for bigger events with multiple parallel courts, contact us and we’ll set up the extra scorer accounts you need.
