SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. NOTHING IS SHIPPED

PickleballScorer sells digital services only: Pro Player and Pro Organizer memberships, and entry to events run on PickleballScorer. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.

2. HOW YOU RECEIVE WHAT YOU BUY

• Memberships are delivered to your PickleballScorer account the moment the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Sign in to the app or the website with the same account to use your Pro features. You also receive a receipt by email.
• Event entries are confirmed in the app (with a notification) as soon as the payment goes through, and the organizer sees your entry right away.

3. IF IT DOESN'T ARRIVE

If your plan or entry doesn't show within one hour of paying, email hello@pickleballscorer.com with the payment date and amount. We will activate it or refund you, as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
