Pickleball clubs

Great pickleball starts with people you want to play with again. PickleballScorer gives your club a home for members, events, open play, and the conversations in between. Let's set up a sample club, Kitchen Crew.

Create your club

Start with your club's name and a short description. Choose a category, add your city and venue, and set the rules that make newcomers feel welcome. A cover image helps give your group its own identity.

Access and permissions

Decide whether people can join directly or need approval. Choose who can post to the club feed, review the details, and create your club. These settings let a casual group or a more structured club work in its own way.

Invite and manage

Invite your pickleball buddies with a club link. In a private club, review join requests before approving new members. The member list keeps roles clear, so owners and admins can help the group stay organized.

Create an event

Next, create an event. We're planning Sunday Open Play: a morning session at Community Courts with room for eight. Add the date, times, venue, and any details players need before they arrive.

Event rsvps

Members can see the event details and RSVP from the app. Here, joining takes the participant count from three to four. If plans change, they can cancel their RSVP from the same screen.

Open play

For a more spontaneous game, use Open Play. Post a time and location, choose the game type, and show how many players you need. Club mates can tap I'm In. Two of four becomes three of four, with one spot left.

Club feed

The club feed keeps updates close to the people who need them. Share a plan for the weekend, welcome new members, or pin a useful announcement so it stays easy to find.

Club leaderboards

When your group wants some friendly competition, explore the club leaderboard. Switch between singles and doubles and see the club's standings, games played, wins, and losses. The players and results shown here are sample data.

Bring your club together
