How does the payment work?
One payment covers a full year. It does not renew by itself: we email you before it ends, and you can renew here or in the app. If you renew early, the new year is added to the time you have left.
Does it work in the app as well as on the web?
Yes. Pro belongs to your PickleballScorer account, not to a phone or an app store. Sign in to the app with the same account and Pro is there the next time it opens. On the web it opens Tournament Studio and the organizer tools.
Can I cancel?
There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews automatically. Your plan stays active until its end date, then your account goes back to Free. Everything you made stays, and free features keep working.
How can I pay in India?
In India you pay in rupees through Razorpay, with UPI, cards or netbanking. Everywhere else you pay by card through Stripe. Your card or UPI details go to the payment provider, never to us.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of paying. Email hello@pickleballscorer.com from the address on your account and we will refund the payment to the way you paid.
What happens when the year-end offer ends?
The offer price is for the first year, for payments made by 31 December 2026. When that year is up, renewing is at the regular yearly price.
